  • Yes, we don’t tie you into any contracts. You can pay as you go, from month to month.

  • We want you to be happy with what you are subscribing to, so we offer a two week free trial so you can get a taster for the membership. You can also sign up to our free monthly newsletter, which will give you an insight into the blog, topics and areas we will be supporting you with. Don’t forget our free eBook which has lots of helpful tips on how to spot whether your child needs OT!

  • Absolutely! We would like to support you wherever you live or work, no matter where you are in the world.

  • Joyful Journey specialises in advice for pre-school and primary school aged children.

  • We appreciate the additional cost of living and demands on parents and schools, so all our advice and activities are designed to avoid high costs or expenses as much as possible.

  • Click the login button at the top of the site and click ‘Forgot Password’ below the sign in button on the pop up. This will help you reset your password via email.

  • Memberships are restricted per household and per school.

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account with your username and password > select Account Settings > Cancel Subscription.

  • We are unable to provide you with a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We are sure you will be happy with the service. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your membership, please contact us at hello@joyfuljourney.co.uk so we can help.
